Race 4 – 1.20pm: PRYDE’S EASIFEED ENERGY PAK CLASS 1 HANDICAP (900m)
2. Flying Rani was a winner at Gosford at just her second start, and her only two runs either side of that were solid enough efforts. She resumes here after two trials and is primed to run well.
Dangers: 3. Night Fighter resumes having won a Tamworth maiden at start two and then being placed in two further runs before being spelled. 5. Yuka Rose was dominant when winning at Newcastle when resuming and can go on with the job. 8. I’m Brazilian followed a Wellington maiden win with a last-start fourth at Wyong, and a placing here wouldn’t shock.

Race 5 – 2pm: COOLMORE MAIDEN HANDICAP (1300m)
8. Lights Of Paradise is a well-bred filly in debut here and she’s had a number of trials in order to be prepared. She’s finished second in the most recent two and is drawn to advantage in gate two.
Dangers: 2. Machaon was beaten a long way when third at Kembla Grange on debut, but the winner looks well above average, so the margin can be disregarded when assessing his claims in this. 4. Alertado has been placed in three of seven starts and has been just behind the placings in his latest two starts at Tamworth. He should run well here. 9. Sebilla was placed on debut at Coonamble, then resumed with a midfield Gunnedah effort. She can show improvement on that in this.

Race 6 – 2.35pm: SCONE RSL MAIDEN HANDICAP (1300m)
4. Miss Cartel resumed from a spell with a solid second at Hawkesbury. She’s drawn well in this and has never been far from the action. This looks her chance to break through with a win.
Dangers: 6. Homeland debuted at Scone with an acceptable effort when midfield behind Move She Can. He should have derived benefit from that experience and should be in the thick of things in this. 9. Coast Guard is on debut for the Snowden stable and has had a number of trials leading into this which suggests he should be ready to run well. 10. Rockbarton Angel ran fourth at her only start at Newcastle back in April, and has won a trial leading into this which suggests she can run well.

Race 7 – 3.10pm: HITOTSU AT ARROWFIELD BENCHMARK 66 HANDICAP (1700m)
7. Irish Bliss was third-up from a spell at Kembla Grange last time out and did the job well to score a maiden victory. He’s drawn the inside barrier here and should get every chance.
Dangers: 6. Are You Joking hit the line well at Tamworth when third-up from a spell to score a strong victory. That took his record to two wins and three placings from seven starts, and he has the ability to figure prominently again in this company. 8. Tyson’s Dream won well at Quirindi two starts ago as favourite, then ran well again at Tamworth when finishing third, again as favourite. He’s had a tick-over trial leading into this and should be thereabouts again. 5. Rothrock was placed when last produced and another forward showing is on the cards.

Race 8 – 3.50pm: ARTORIUS STANDING AT NEWGATE BENCHMARK 82 HANDICAP (1000m)

9. South Of India has looked good winning three of his four starts, and despite being a little wayward he was holding his rivals safely at Hawkesbury last time out. He should give a great sight again.
Dangers: 13. I’m Not Slew is resuming from a spell and her form was solid enough at the end of last campaign, including a sixth at Canterbury when beaten less than two lengths. 3. Broken Hill won three on-end last campaign, then failed to fire in The Kosciuszko when he didn’t beat a runner home. He resumes here and has had two trials leading into this. Has talent and should sprint well fresh. 8. Leave Me Some did well to run into the placings last time out and can do the same again if the breaks go the right way.

Race 9 – 4.25pm: INGLIS DIGITAL JUNE EARLY SALE- BIDDING CLOSING TOMORROW CLASS 1 HANDICAP (1100m)
9. Move She Can may have started at cricket score odds on debut at this track during the cup carnival, but she did the job in a manner that suggests it was no fluke. She’s drawn an awkward alley in this but should run well again.
Dangers: 2. Ready To Shine was midfield at Goulburn on debut, then improved to score a win at Gosford last month when racing on the speed and fighting on well. He should run well here if he can repeat that effort. 7. Zahdi wasn’t beaten far when midfield at Scone when last produced, and her form is good enough for her to figure in the finish in this company. 16. Off The Press was a winner at his second race start at Gilgandra and resumes from a spell here. He should be primed to sprint well fresh.
